Welcome to Istana404. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and Istana404 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the Istana404 online gaming platform accessible at istana404.cam and any associated services, features, content, and products offered therein.

• "Prohibited Activities" refers to any conduct expressly forbidden under Section 8 of these Terms.
• "MYR" or "RM" refers to Malaysian Ringgit, the base currency of the Istana404 platform for Malaysian users.

To register and maintain an account on Istana404, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your membership:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. Istana404 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all gaming and betting activities. Registration by individuals under the age of 21 is absolutely prohibited. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where age eligibility cannot be confirmed.
2. Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated are not eligible to register.

5. Single Account: You may only hold one active account on Istana404. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms.

To create an account on Istana404, you are required to provide accurate personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. This information is used for account management, KYC verification, and responsible gambling compliance.

Istana404 operates a mandatory KYC verification policy. Before processing your first withdrawal — and at any point thereafter where Istana404 deems verification necessary — you will be required to submit documentation including:

• A clear, legible copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad) or valid passport;
• Proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement) dated within the last 90 days;
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet account, bank account confirmation); and

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by Istana404 may result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality. • Istana404 reserves the right to void any bet or transaction that is determined to have been placed in error, as a result of a technical fault, or in violation of these Terms.

Istana404 supports a range of MYR-denominated payment methods for Malaysian players, including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX Online Banking, and supported cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC). The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer.

Deposits:

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own legal name. Istana404 does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances.
• Deposit funds are credited to your Istana404 account balance upon confirmed receipt. Processing times vary by payment method; most local methods (FPX, e-wallets, DuitNow) are near-instant.
• Istana404 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposits or a verified method linked to your account and registered in your name.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 unless otherwise stated.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Accounts with pending KYC documentation may experience delays.
• Withdrawals will not be processed where active bonus wagering requirements have not been met, unless the Player elects to forfeit all associated bonus funds.
• Istana404 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks for withdrawals exceeding specified thresholds.
• Processing times are typically 15 minutes to 4 business hours for verified accounts using local payment methods. VIP Gold and Diamond members receive priority processing.

Istana404 offers various promotional incentives to new and existing members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, referral bonuses, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms in addition to the general conditions set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering (rollover) requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived funds or winnings can be withdrawn. Typical wagering requirements range from x10 to x20. For example, a RM100 bonus with a x15 wagering requirement means you must place a total of RM1,500 in eligible bets before withdrawal is permitted.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While an active bonus is applied to your account, maximum single-bet limits apply (typically RM250–RM500 per bet). Placing bets in excess of this limit during an active bonus period may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and all related winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all game categories contribute equally to clearing wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) may contribute 10–20%. Live dealer games may vary. Specific contribution rates are set out in the terms of each individual promotion.

• No Cash Alternative: Unless a promotion specifically states otherwise, bonuses have no cash equivalent and cannot be exchanged for real money without meeting the applicable wagering requirements.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Istana404 platform. Any User found engaging in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Underage Gambling: Accessing or attempting to access the platform by any person under the age of 21.
• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during account use.
• Duplicate Accounts: Registering or operating more than one account, whether under the same name or different identities.
• Third-Party Payments: Using payment methods not registered in your own name for deposits or withdrawals.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, auto-clickers, or any other automated software to interact with the platform.

• Chargebacks: Initiating payment disputes or chargebacks with your bank or payment provider without first exhausting Istana404's internal dispute resolution process.

All content on the Istana404 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, graphic design elements, game interfaces, software, text, promotional materials, and structural layout — is the exclusive intellectual property of Istana404 or its licensed content providers. This content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No part of the Istana404 platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, publicly displayed, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Istana404. Unauthorised reproduction or use of any Istana404 intellectual property constitutes an infringement and will be actioned accordingly.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to any resale, sub-licensing, or commercial exploitation of platform content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Istana404 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform.

Istana404 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. While we take all reasonable measures to ensure platform stability and security, temporary outages, maintenance windows, and technical interruptions may occur. Istana404 will not be liable for any loss of winnings, bets, or data arising from such interruptions.

You acknowledge that gambling is an activity that carries inherent financial risk, and that Istana404 is not responsible for any gambling losses incurred through lawful use of the platform. You participate in all gaming and betting activities freely, voluntarily, and at your own risk.

Istana404 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or engagement in prohibited activities;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a financial institution;
• Determination that the account holder is under the age of 21;
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months; or
• At the request of the account holder via our self-exclusion process.

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the account holder via their verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds are non-refundable upon account termination.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Istana404's operating jurisdiction.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration tribunals as determined by Istana404's operating jurisdiction. Any legal proceedings must be commenced within 12 months of the date on which the dispute arose.

In all matters of platform operation, game outcomes, account management, and bonus entitlements, the records maintained by Istana404's systems shall be considered the authoritative source of truth, unless demonstrably erroneous.
